ABOUT EVENT: The MN State Beef Ambassador team is getting ready to host their annual event, Beef Boot Camp: Young Adult Field Day for thirty young men and women ages 14 to 19
at Schiefelbein Farms in Kimball, MN. This hands on day focuses on bringing the group through different stations related to cattle reproduction allowing young adults hone their skills to bring back to their own operation.
